Alabama man sentenced for wire fraud and preparation of false tax returns
Date: March 19, 2024 Contact: newsroom@ci.irs.gov Frankfort, KY — A Boaz, AL man has been sentenced to 27 months in federal prison, by U.S. District Judge Gregory Van Tatenhove, for wire fraud and aiding and assisting in the preparation of false tax returns.
