Date: November 28, 2023 Contact: newsroom@ci.irs.gov CINCINNATI — John Franklin Brock, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison, and ordered to pay a $40,000 fine after previously pleading guilty to tax evasion and money laundering. Brock pleaded guilty to the aforementioned charges on July 28, 2022.
