The Justice Department today announced the unsealing of an indictment charging Dr. John Waldrop, 74, of Cataula, Georgia, and Toney Jones, 53, of Eufala, Alabama, on conspiracy, smuggling, Endangered Species Act (ESA) and money laundering charges.
