Sept. 18, 2025 — A resident of Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania, was sentenced in federal court to 138 months in prison, to be followed by four years of supervised release, on his convictions of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute crack, cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced today.
