August 21, 2025 — The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Yoel Weiss of Scranton, Pennsylvania, was sentenced on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, to 57 months in prison by United States District Judge Karoline Mehalchick, related to his plea of guilty for one count of wire fraud — false statements to the Small Business Administration, and one count of unlawful monetary transactions (money laundering).  Read More
