So, what are confiscation orders?
These are court orders that force criminals to pay back the benefit they gained from their crimes. This can range from luxury cars and properties to hidden offshore accounts and cryptocurrency.
The courts can:
➡️ seize assets
➡️ freeze bank accounts
➡️ recover anything purchased with criminal funds
