Internship at Acquisition FinanceING Acquisition Finance (AF) NL & DACH is looking to hire an Intern. This is a challenging opportunity for a dynamic student to join the AF team in Amsterdam.The AF team is part of Capital Markets & Advisory (CMA) and supports financial sponsors by providing various debt instruments to either acquire new businesses (‘leveraged buy-outs’) or to refinance/recapitalise their existing portfolio companies. The financing provided by the AF team is of a highly structured nature, usually taking the form of senior secured loans, but also often involving (subordinated) second lien debt and high yield bonds, and with the financings typically including undrawn, committed working capital, and/or capex and acquisition lines.
