Your tasksSupport Partner Management with ongoing admin tasks : supporting contract cycle process, sending requests for signatures, filing documentations, maintaining internal data base of contracts, setting up meetings, making summaries and meetings notes. Initiating security assessments (onetrust).Set up Purchase Orders, supporting invoicing process, credit card expenses. cooperating with Finance team and internal budget owners.Support vendors on payment issues (investigation on payments terms and conditions).Maintaining new and existing contract data in various systems.Your ProfileProven business administration experience and Contract management experience.You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English (verbally and written) and preferably Dutch.
