Greensboro woman pleads guilty to health care fraud and money laundering in connection with multimillion dollar urine drug testing scheme

April 9, 2025 — Jasmine Hoyle pled guilty today to one count of health care fraud and one count of money laundering in connection with a scheme to fraudulently bill the North Carolina Medicaid program for millions of dollars of urine drug tests and office visits that were not performed, announced Randall S.
