Dec. 17, 2024 — U.S. District Judge Harvey Schlesinger has sentenced Yaquasia Delcarmen (Jacksonville) to eight years in federal prison for conspiracy to distribute 50 kilograms or more of marijuana and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
