Uittreksel UBO-gegevens – FIU-Nederland 

Sinds 1 augustus is het voor Wwft-instellingen verplicht om een gewaarmerkt uittreksel van de UBO-gegevens op te vragen bij de klant, als de Wwft-instellingen nog geen directe toegang heeft tot het UBO-register. De Kamer van Koophandel heeft de benodigde IT hiervoor inmiddels gerealiseerd. Meer informatie op https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/financiele-sector/ubo-register.
