The positionAs a L&D Senior Advisor you are the dedicated expert on L&D topics for several departments within Van Oord. You are a sparring partner for and advise leaders, HR advisors and HRBPs on organizational & development topics. You identify the L&D needs of the organization and anticipate and respond to these needs, by advising the leadership, managers and HR advisors & business partners in an efficient and effective manner about these topics.You contribute towards the design and implementation of the L&D annual plan, L&D policies and procedures, curricula and tools, to develop the competences/the talent that the organization needs.Additionally, you are responsible for various academy programs with a strong connection to professional, specialized, safety, and technical training.
